My wife Elisabeth and I are very glad that we decided to enlist your help to prepare our house for sale and list it for us. We offered an extra challenge to work with because we were traveling extensively while getting the house ready to sell and showing it to potential buyers. Your excellent responsiveness and communication as well as organizational skills were certainly essential as we trusted you to invest in the final clean up and considerable pre-sale repairs and upgrades of the property.

You did everything for us including meeting with the contractors and home inspectors, going to Home Depot several times, 'staging' our home (with the bathrooms/ some books, flowers, kitchen stuff), arranging to ensure the house was kept clean, walkway swept, yard work done, and retrieving our mail. You even arranged to have our bills paid and brought some of our 'treasures' to storage. You have certainly been reliable and hard working! Your dedication, hard work and knowledge were also extremely useful as you guided us to a successful sale of our home.
